Chicken Ballotine with Massaman Curry sauce, two way potatoes, charred onion and roasted peanut.

Pork chop with Jaew sauce, roasted heirloom carrot, hash browns, shishito pepper and roasted pepper purée.
Salmon
Salmon with green curry, eggplant purée, couscous, sauté chanterelle mushroom, and sauté english peas.
